BIOGAS UPGRADING

The Biomethane production project is based on the (re) use of Biogas (a mixture mainly composed of methane and carbon dioxide, together with other minor impurities) coming from the landfill collection plant.

The process, known as Biogas Upgrading, allows to produce Biomethane and, thanks to the subsequent conditioning and liquefaction phase, it allows to obtain Bio-LNG.

The removal of substances such as carbon dioxide and water vapor, as well as excess nitrogen, oxygen and other impurities, allows the obtaining of gases with technical characteristics similar to those of the gas transported or distributed through the gas network natural (UNI / TR 11537).
